Faculty of Nanomedicine | Dr Yusuf's Nano Eating Method: Seven-Day Personal Experiment and Observation Record

This publication presents Dr Yusuf’s Nano Eating Method as a structured seven-day personal experiment and behavioural self-observation instrument. Participants select one meal each day and progressively observe attention, bite size, chewing, pauses between bites, variety without excess volume, plated snacking, satisfaction, and the return of hunger. The instrument provides daily recording pages, a safety screen, baseline information, separation of direct observation from interpretation, an end-of-week pattern review, and a personal continuation plan. It is an author-developed educational and exploratory instrument. It is not a diagnostic test, validated clinical scale, treatment protocol, or individual weight-management prescription. It should not be used to alter prescribed medication, insulin, or a medically prescribed diet. People with swallowing difficulties, recurrent choking or aspiration, eating-disorder symptoms, significant unexplained weight loss, or relevant medical conditions should obtain appropriate professional guidance before use. The instrument was developed from The Nano Doctor’s Nutrition: Dr Yusuf’s Nano Eating Method for Diet and Weight Loss (2026),
