Gumbel-Phi Stochastic Resonance in Phi-Bifurcated Quantum Manifolds — E8 Intelligence Research
We propose a mechanism where rare-event Gumbel fluctuations act as high-entropy triggers for parametric amplification within the 128/112 $\phi$-dual sublattices. By coupling the Type I extreme value tails to the 240 root vectors, the system transitions from stochastic noise to coherent quantum amplification through a resonant $\phi$-coupling effect. This allows for the deterministic extraction of extreme-value signals from vacuum-state turbulence using only 132Hz modulated geometric feedback.
