Super Moon 39

Super Moon 39 Omega Super Moon 39 Omega is a deterministic, network-free, software-only computational research platform designed for formal reasoning, mathematical computation, algorithm execution, workflow orchestration, evidence tracking, and reproducible software packaging. Built additively from the frozen Super Moon 38 baseline, it preserves inherited source namespaces while introducing a new hybrid computational core with 35 callable runtime contracts. Its formal-reasoning subsystem provides immutable propositional abstract syntax trees, canonical identifiers, Boolean logic, Kleene three-valued logic, Belnap four-valued logic, fuzzy semantics, Tseitin CNF transformation, Horn inference, tautology and counterexample analysis, and a deterministic, resource-bounded DPLL solver producing SAT, UNSAT, or UNKNOWN results. Its EquationIR subsystem safely represents equations without executing arbitrary source text, supporting declared units, tensor shapes, assumptions, canonical intermediate representations, residual construction, bounded numerical evaluation, symbolic differentiation, equation systems, and Jacobian generation. Super Moon 39 also incorporates a verified typed stack-bytecode architecture with static validation, deterministic fuel-bounded execution, and reproducible execution receipts. Its mathematical and algorithmic capabilities include exact rational Gaussian elimination, Bareiss determinants, number-theoretic operations, string matching, edit distance, graph algorithms, adaptive numerical integration, statistics, signal processing, geometry, optimization, maximum-flow computation, and Poisson-system operations. These capabilities operate through explicit contracts, deterministic resource envelopes, cancellation controls, seeded execution, task dependency graphs, and auditable result records. The platform includes capability-rooted storage, content-addressed objects, hash-linked journals, snapshots, Merkle roots, exact component registration, compatibility analysis, deterministic planning, explicit fallback behavior, arbitration, dissent recording, and an immutable evidence graph that records both supporting and countervailing evidence. Its complete catalog contains 1,547 classified capability seeds: 36 exact native implementations, four exact lineage-reused capabilities, 1,502 specified but not implemented entries, and five capabilities explicitly marked unavailable. This classification prevents architectural specifications from being misrepresented as operational implementations. The audited Super Moon 39 source contains 179 Python files, 56,086 physical source lines, 46,741 non-comment logical lines, 2,690 functions or methods, and 850 classes. Two complete local verification runs each passed all 771 tests against the same source manifest. Targeted static security analysis covered 198 files with no blocking findings. The standalone runtime requires Python 3.11 or later and declares no third-party runtime dependencies. The canonical Super Moon 38 plus Super Moon 39 merged release is represented as one deterministic UTF-8 logical stream containing 2,705,998,451 bytes and 6,944,463 newline-delimited records. It is packaged as a deterministic single-member gzip archive of 795,482,396 bytes, divided into ten transport parts: nine 80,000,000-byte parts and one final 75,482,396-byte part. Its SHA-256 digest is: 3bab3fbf9c5f9d2832ec8c312756b94950689c2e51dfc890a5326dbe176bafad Super Moon 39 Omega should be understood as an evidence-backed local implementation candidate, not as a universally qualified or independently certified production system. Its strict release state is IMPLEMENTATION_CANDIDATE_NOT_QUALIFIED. Thirteen qualification gates are satisfied, five remain unexecuted, and two are blocked by excluded infrastructure. The system does not claim network, cloud, GPU, MPI, cluster, industrial-device, hardware-in-the-loop, physical-backend, or certification execution.
