Whole genome sequencing of the finless porpoise

The whole genome sequencing of the finless porpoise Neophocaena asiaeorientalis. This project generates a high-quality (T2T) genome based on PacBio HiFi reads and Nanopore extra long reads. Additionally, a large-scale whole genome resequencing of the population will be conducted to investigate the population genetics of the species, including population structure and dynamics.
