APOE2 attenuates APOE4-associated amyloid pathology and related toxicity
This repository contains the analysis scripts used in the study investigating the effects of heterozygous APOE genotypes in a 5xFAD mouse model of amyloid pathology. The study examines how APOE2 and APOE4 influence amyloid deposition, glial responses, proteomic profiles, and lipidomic alterations, with particular focus on whether APOE2 is associated with attenuation of APOE4-related pathological and molecular changes in APOE2/4 mice.
