The Global Pre-Geometric Quantum State and the Relative Residence of Consciousness

Version 13.0 is the completion edition of the Unified Vibrational Manifold (UVM) research programme under the canonical title "The Global Pre-Geometric Quantum State and the Relative Residence of Consciousness." Frozen Version 12 remains unchanged. This edition explicitly adopts DMPCP, RCP, CCHP and ORAP as Version 13 postulates. Under DMPCP+RCP, the regular nonsingular semiclassical manifold class is conditionally and uniquely admitted with three spatial dimensions. Under CCHP together with one internal proper-time direction, a one-time/three-space causal principal cone is conditionally recovered at leading Hodge order. Under ORAP together with the prior orthogonal-refinement analysis, Born quadratic weighting is conditionally recovered. These are conditional consequences of adopted Version 13 postulates and are not derivations from frozen Omega_UVM. The manuscript also records negative results and unresolved boundaries. It does not derive exactly three generations, Higgs/Yukawa parameters, absolute physical scale, QCD confinement scale, Einstein dynamics/constants, a strong-curvature black-hole solution, or a validated consciousness criterion; and it contains no distinctive parameter-free prospective numerical prediction. The former r=0 and f_NL=0 outputs are retained only as properties of a legacy Gaussian ansatz and are not presented as Version 13 UVM predictions.
