The Nothon: Concealed Mass as The Singularity of Time

We address the question: if light had mass hidden somewhere, would it rewrite modern physics? Within The Eternal Relativity framework, we propose that light does not carry mass. Instead, light is a form of time itself, and mass emerges as resistance to the propagation of moments. The 'Nothon' is introduced as a hypothetical particle representing the singularity of time, identified with nothingness. We propose that the apparent mass associated with light is concealed within the Nothon. Consequently, the speed of light $c$ is reinterpreted as the constant speed of time in this project.

Abstract

We address the question: if light had mass hidden somewhere, would it rewrite modern physics? Within The Eternal Relativity framework, we propose that light does not carry mass. Instead, light is a form of time itself, and mass emerges as resistance to the propagation of moments. The 'Nothon' is introduced as a hypothetical particle representing the singularity of time, identified with nothingness. We propose that the apparent mass associated with light is concealed within the Nothon. Consequently, the speed of light $c$ is reinterpreted as the constant speed of time in this project.
