Electromagnetism, Water, and the Planck-Scale Geometry
This document teaches three things. It teaches the UST substrate hierarchy, what the universe is actually made of at every scale, from the Planck floor up through fields and matter. It teaches the Planck-scale H₂O geometry, the exact shape water makes at the smallest possible scale and why that shape is not accidental. And it teaches the EM-Water Forced Mechanics model, the argument that electromagnetism and liquid water are the same physical thing operating at different density levels of the same substrate. These three topics connect directly. The geometry explains the substrate. The substrate explains EM. EM in water confirms the substrate is real and measurable. You cannot fully understand any one of them without the other two, which is why this paper covers all three in sequence. This is not metaphor. This is mechanism. This work is part of a larger collection of UST documents. The other versions available in the DOI record are not revisions of this document. They are separate papers written for different purposes. Some versions present the full mathematical proofs behind the update rules, others provide a technical physical description of substrate behavior, and others are formal proof papers built around the Universal Balance Laws. Together, these documents form a complete set: a plain‑language booklet, a physical description paper, and full mathematical proof papers, each offering a different perspective on the same underlying theory.
