The structure of the atom from the point of view of the Acta Universi (AU) hypothesis / Строение атома с точки зрения гипотезы Acta Universi (AU)

Abstract (English) The Acta Universi (AU) hypothesis offers an information-ontological reinterpretation of atomic structure in which the fundamental entity is the entropy field of thought-forms Φ. Particles and nucleons are stable soliton-like configurations of this field; the atomic nucleus is a region of high Φ density, and the strong interaction is understood as entropy confinement. Electron orbitals are treated as modes of Φ, so that the wave function becomes the local amplitude of a thought-form. A modified Schrödinger equation is derived that includes both an entropic potential and a non-local kernel term; the resulting level shifts provide a unified account of the Lamb shift, fine structure and possible new spectroscopic anomalies. Atomic stability is linked to the balance of Coulomb attraction and entropic pressure in Kairos-time, while quantum transitions are irreversible acts of recording into the non-local AU archive. The periodic law emerges as a consequence of the maximisation of integrated information Φ for a given nuclear charge. Chemical bonding is described as the fusion of electronic thought-forms that increases the integrated information of the molecular system. The same framework connects microscopic coherence to macroscopic quantum-biological phenomena and to the theory of consciousness. Testable predictions for precision spectroscopy, spontaneous-emission lifetimes and correlations with coherent collective attention are formulated, rendering the AU atom model experimentally falsifiable.
