Paper CCXXI: Brane Fountain / Casimir Paper CCXXI — The Brane Fountain and Quantum Mechanics: Heisenberg Uncertainty, Virtual Particles, and Casimir Effect — v2: with a temporal-entanglement bridge

All quantum uncertainty phenomena arise from the brane fountain: continuous renewal of focal-zone standing waves by the brane current. The Heisenberg principle ΔxΔp ≥ ℏ/2 follows from the Planck grain ℓP and renewal rate c/ℓP. The Casimir force is enhanced by (1 + f_bulk) = 1.03692 over the standard result. The same renewal mechanism also gives an ontological reading of temporal entanglement: a particle can carry self-information across time because its identity is the persistent brane-fountain pattern, not the transient brane material flowing through it. The results are strictly contingent on the established One-Octonion Brane-Bulk (OOB) framework — the brane-current standing-wave ontology of massive particles, the Fano-node boundary conditions, the bulk transit fraction f_bulk, and the venue-completeness account of entanglement versus signaling (Paper CCLXVIII) — none of which is re-derived here; the full proofs and verify-script gates are consolidated in the BraneBulk Omnibus (concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19185171). v2 (2026-08-24): adds §4.5 — Temporal Entanglement and Fountain Identity (particle identity as pattern continuity; the Fountain Identity Theorem; global information-bearing without controllable signaling, scoped by the venue-completeness theorem); corrects the Eq. Abstract

(1) normalization (ℓP mP c = ℏ exactly; v1 printed h = 2πℏ); adds references on pseudo-density-operator temporal entanglement (Marletto et al., Entropy 2020; Sci. Adv. 2021; Comar et al., arXiv 2026) and vacuum entanglement harvesting (Lindel et al., arXiv 2023). Predictions P246/P246b unchanged.
