The Primary Logical Infrastructure (PLI): A Conceptual Framework for Pre-Physical Information and the Resolution of Cosmological Singularities

Modern theoretical physics consistently encounters mathematical divergences and loss of predictability at cosmological and spacetime singularities. This paper addresses this epistemological impasse by proposing a conceptual meta-framework rooted in Ontic Structural Realism and Computational Monism. I propose the existence of a pre-physical, discrete substratum designated as the Primary Logical Infrastructure (PLI). In this model, spacetime and quantum events emerge macroscopically from the relational networking of quantized informational nodes, rather than being fundamental entities. To mediate between pure logical potential—the dormant state of the PLI—and empirical reality, I introduce the Dynamic Transition Syntax (DTS). The DTS provides the structural conditions necessary to govern the transition of fundamental information into universal physical constants (c, G, ℏ). Furthermore, by applying Landauer's Principle to the thermodynamic collapse of cosmic cycles, I interpret the Big Bang and black hole event horizons not as infinite density points, but as finite computational boundaries of information processing. This logical alternative preserves systemic unitarity, offering a foundational alternative to the continuous geometric assumptions that generate mathematical infinities in general relativity.
