Invariant Temporal Ordering Framework V34/F14: Common Cosmic Stages, Uninterrupted Physical Change, and the Physical Realization of Identity Ending

The Invariant Temporal Ordering Framework (ITOF) V34/F14 presents a foundational account of time as the invariant universal cosmic ordering and uninterrupted succession of common cosmic stages within one common cosmic extension. Time is not identified with matter, energy, a field, a force, a clock output, a metric interval, or a physical cause of change. V34/F14 distinguishes the roles of common-stage population, cosmic co-presence, and system-specific physical change. The Cosmic Stage Population Postulate requires a nonempty physical-system population at every actual common cosmic stage. The Cosmic Moment Axiom states the cosmic co-presence of all physical systems then constituting the universe at that same common stage, while Universal Change Continuity independently requires every realized physical system to undergo its own system-specific physical change at every common cosmic stage at which its identity is realized. The framework develops an identity-bounded, system-specific account of physical history. Historical physical accumulation designates the totality of system-specific physical change actually realized strictly earlier in that history; it is not an arithmetic sum, stored physical object, second history, or causal source. Separately, the present cumulative physical resultant concerns only those retained or transformed effects of earlier realized change that remain physically embodied in the current developed condition. UCC warrants the actuality of earlier realized change where an earlier identity member exists, but it does not determine retained-effect content, persistence, magnitude, or a present cumulative physical resultant. V34/F14 also separates identity-ending existence from identity-ending causation. Universal Eventual Identity Ending independently commits every qualified physical-system identity to a realized ending with an earlier member of the same identity-bounded physical history. At an actual ending, the same uninterrupted system-specific physical development remains realized through the ending stage itself. The terminal-ending designation classifies the system-specific physical-change content realized at that identity boundary, while causal attribution remains confined to the already governed physical causal-source classes. The ending of one identity does not terminate physical change, since Necessary Successor Closure requires one or more newly formed successor identities in which system-specific physical change continues. The framework further distinguishes physical occurrence from exact-stage identification and from advance prediction. Observation may warrant that a physical manifestation occurred within a system’s history without identifying the exact common cosmic stage or exact position in the cosmic ordering. UEIE supplies a universal ontological commitment to eventual identity ending, but system-specific advance prediction of the ending stage, pathway, mechanism, precursor, or observable signature remains model- and system-dependent. Clocks are treated as physical systems that produce physical records rather than as time itself. Quantitative applications require independently specified physical models, parameter provenance, acquisition conditions, uncertainty control, and pre-evaluation prediction criteria. Relativistic temporal quantities may be used as external comparators, recovery targets, or rival predictions, but they do not denote time as defined by ITOF.
