Future Homes CIBSE DBSP UK Air SourceHeat Pump Engineer Noise survey
This document contains the questionnaire used for the UK Air Source Heat Pump Engineer Noise Survey, conducted as part of the Innovate UK-funded Future Homes project with support from the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers Domestic Building Services Panel (CIBSE DBSP). The survey investigated UK heat pump engineers’ experiences of air-source heat pump installation, servicing and maintenance, with a particular focus on noise and vibration. The online survey was conducted between 26 November 2025 and 28 February 2026. This questionnaire is provided as supporting material for the associated CIBSE report.
