The Holo-Neural Agency Architecture: A Proposed Resolution to Foundational Boundary, Measurement, and Information Paradoxes
This paper presents a geometric synthesis resolving non-locality, temporal measurement latency, and black hole information scrambling by modeling 4D spacetime as an emergent holographic boundary of a 5D Anti-de Sitter bulk manifold. Entanglement entropy across spacelike separations is mapped to continuous bulk geodesics via Ryu-Takayanagi minimal surfaces. Conscious temporal agency is formulated as a localized state-reduction node at the neck of an information hourglass, where Diósi-Penrose gravitational objective reduction (E_G = h-bar / tau) operating across cortical tubulin arrays (N approx 2 x 10^10) yields a 25 ms collapse interval corresponding to 40 Hz gamma synchrony. Libet readiness potentials are shown to represent trailing 4D transmission latency rather than deterministic vetoes. Event horizon scrambling is resolved via trace-preserving sign inversion (rho_out = U(I - rho_in)U_dagger) without firewall formation. Falsifiable biophysical and quantum optical benchmarks are provided.
