Observer Position, Topological Suture, and Dual Gravity in UCT Quasicrystalline Cosmology v6.1.4

🇬🇧 Abstract (English) Title: Observer Position, Topological Suture, and Dual Gravity in UCT Quasicrystalline Cosmology v6.1.4 Abstract (English) Within the framework of Unification Topological Cosmology (UCT v6.1.4), the macroscopic structure of spacetime is modeled by the Poincaré dodecahedral space $\mathcal{M}_{\text{UCT}} = S^3/I^*$, consisting of 120 regular dodecahedral cells and coupled to a three-dimensional aperiodic Penrose subgrid arising from a $6\mathrm{D} \to 3\mathrm{D}$ projection. This paper presents a rigorous and comprehensive synthesis of the model. We first address the problem of observer localization within this compact quotient manifold, proving how the aperiodic phason field $\mathbf{w}(\mathbf{x}_\parallel) \in E_\perp$ lifts the topological degeneracy of the 120 cells. We then formalize the Suture jump conditions ($\Sigma_k \equiv \partial \mathcal{D}_0$) at the critical decrystallization frequency $V_{dc}$, the tunneling transmission coefficient $T(V)$ (Kemble's formula), and the microscopic crossing time $\tau_{\text{suture}}$. Finally, we establish the equations of dual gravitational dynamics between the positive sheet ($m > 0$) and the inverted sheet ($m < 0$), demonstrating how the pressure of the peripheral phason halo derives the flat galaxy rotation curve (and the Tully-Fisher relation), while producing a divergent gravitational lensing signature characterized by a central shadow hole $\mu(\beta \le \theta_E^{(-)}) = 0$ and a radial alignment of ellipticities.
