Using foreign experience in personnel management
Over the past decades, understanding has become firmly entrenched in HR theory and practice that neither technological superiority, access to affordable resources, nor a favorable geographic location guarantee an organization's long-term success. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution and the instability of global markets, an organization's ability to continuously improve its HR management is becoming a truly important competitive advantage. However, development doesn't happen spontaneously – it requires targeted management, and a key factor in this process is the people management system. Improving the HR management system by applying international experience is a crucial factor in increasing the competitiveness and performance of any enterprise.
