TUM X': A Proposal to the Information Loss Paradox, Dark Matter and Recursive Geometry

This work extends TUM X. We present TUM X', the mechanistic extension of the Unified Theory of Time. We unify the stabilization of 4D spacetime and the resolution of the information loss paradox via a dual-channel coherence flux from Hawking radiation. A constructive channel generates dark matter as the topological welding residue. A dissipative channel unitarily maps 4D information to the pre-geometric Cℓ(8) state via nested recursive geometry. We derive a modified Friedmann equation with dΩ_DM/dz < 0, predicting JWST anomalies, gravitational waves, and UHECRs.
