CONTEXTUAL REDISTRIBUTION OPERATOR – SUCCESSOR TO K DYN IN THE REFOUNDED TRUE FRAMEWORK
The TRUE framework has undergone a refoundation. The earlier formulations, in particular the fixed gamma zero constant and the exponential form of K dyn, have been suspended. A consolidated foundation was published on 21 August 2026. It defines the K field as a local density of crispation bounded between zero and one, and gives a conservative redistribution rule. This document presents the successor to K dyn: the contextual redistribution operator, abbreviated ORC. The ORC is not an adjusted exponential formula. It is a local conservation rule, defined by the saturation of a site and the proportional redistribution of the received flux towards its non-saturated neighbours and its direct leak. The document recalls the basis of the foundation, defines the ORC, gives its properties, and presents the checks performed on simple chains, stars, asymmetric nodes and regular rings. It states the limits and the open questions.
