Cosmic Censorship - A Fundamental Reformulation
This paper introduces a fundamental reformulation of Cosmic Censorship, transitioning the concept from a gravitational phenomenon in general relativity to an absolute informational law governing all deterministic state evolutions. Moving beyond historical distinctions between open and closed systems or physical event horizons, the framework establishes that every deterministic system is inherently self-contained: the state vector acts simultaneously as both the input and the output of its own generative transition mapping. Because future information does not pre-exist execution, states must be evaluated sequentially under the law of Strict State Adjacency. In such systems - there is no shortcut to the desired state - The system must evolve to that state - through all preceding states
