ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN ARBITRATION: CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES AND POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS
In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has become an indispensable component of modern society, influencing various aspects of our lives. Arbitration has likewise been affected by those technological developments. At this stage, however, the primary challenge does not stem from AI itself, but from its improper or bad-faith use. This raises the question of how such misuse can be effectively prevented. Achieving this objective requires the development of a robust regulatory framework, together with the adoption and consistent application of clear rules, ethical standards, and best practices.
