Institutional Authority and Governance Dynamics (IAGD 2.3): Framework Application Protocol and Analyst Manual
Institutional Authority and Governance Dynamics (IAGD 2.3): Framework Application Protocol and Analyst Manual, Version 1.1 provides the human-executable analytical specification for applying IAGD 2.3 to bounded authority, institutional, policy, and system-level cases. The manual establishes a transparent and auditable application sequence, including case definition, framework activation, Authority Provenance, Evidence IDs, Reference Authority Configuration, Authority-Control Alignment assessment, construct tests, rival-explanation controls, framework-specific application modules, analytical records, calibration cases, and standardized bounded findings. Version 1.1 is classified as a Controlled Supporting Research-Methods Record | Non-Canonical. It implements, but does not modify, the canonical IAGD 2.3 architecture. Framework application does not constitute empirical validation, causal proof, normative endorsement, BGMA activation, or BlackGuard OS implementation. The protocol is frozen for controlled analytical application and field testing; subsequent revision is governed by documented application, empirical development, or canonical change.
