RKMS Minimal Whole-Chain Candidate 0.1 — Frozen External Adversarial Challenge Handoff

This record publishes a frozen external-challenge handoff for independent adversarial evaluation of the RKMS minimal whole-chain candidate 0.1. The candidate was frozen and hashed before a builder-authored hostile challenge. The frozen candidate SHA-256 is: 8c6963e38196426b1e707967e049827b17021a30b3ba475cc433020a111f4f62 The subsequent builder-authored Piggy26 no-repair whole-candidate attack reported 82/82 checks passing with deterministic replay, while the underlying executable authority remained IU0 0.6.19. These are internal results only and are not claimed as independent external validation. This handoff is deliberately designed so that an external challenger controls the problem, dossier and scoring conditions. The package contains the exact frozen candidate, its checksum, a challenger brief, frozen-run/no-repair protocol, scoring template, result-record template and manifest. It deliberately contains no builder-authored external challenge or hidden expected answer. The requested external procedure is: independently author a whole-candidate challenge; verify the candidate hash; run against the candidate without modification or repair; freeze the first complete result before later discussion or scoring revision; and preserve PASS, FAIL or INCONCLUSIVE outcomes without retrofit. A reproducible failure is treated as useful evidence rather than something to be repaired inside the frozen run. Any later repair would require a separately named successor candidate. This record is a public challenge object and preservation record. Publication on Zenodo does not itself establish correctness, novelty, universality, superiority, scientific validation, or independent replication.
