This document is a patch for SRVD V1.1, revising Monograph V1.0 in the form of a guide, errata, and boundary completions. Key corrections include: downgrading the elasticity exponent ordering to a testable hypothesis, expanding the cognitive decoder into a three‑tier spectrum, clarifying the definitions of I_net and I_causal, and supplementing the carrier classification and runaway boundaries.
