Meta-Action Framework: Principle of Least Meta-Action and Conservation Laws

In this paper, we propose a Meta-Action framework over the space of Lagrangians to track transitions between different Lagrangian states. We prove that the Meta-Action depends exclusively on the boundary configurations and remains entirely invariant under path deformations. Additionally, we show how this path-independence yields conservation laws unique to this space, and how the principle of least Meta-Action provides a state-selection rule.

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a Meta-Action framework over the space of Lagrangians to track transitions between different Lagrangian states. We prove that the Meta-Action depends exclusively on the boundary configurations and remains entirely invariant under path deformations. Additionally, we show how this path-independence yields conservation laws unique to this space, and how the principle of least Meta-Action provides a state-selection rule.
