Emergence of the Born Rule from E8 Haar Measure: Experimental Validation via Multi-Scale CHSH Oscillation in Four Loophole-Free Bell Test

This paper shows that the Born rule (∣ci∣^2) is not an independent axiom but emerges deterministically from the geometry of the exceptional Lie group E8. This is achieved through the Haar measure on the Weyl group of E8, projected via Frobenius maps. Experimental Evidence from Bell Tests: Analysis of four loophole-free Bell experiments (Vienna 2015, Delft 2015, NIST 2015, Big Bell 2018), where a 1/30 Hz oscillation was detected, matching the Coxeter number of E8, this is signal-to-noise ratios ranged from 5x (Delft) to 34x (Vienna/NIST). Statistical Verification: Triple validation methods (Monte Carlo shuffle, Nyquist compliance, multi-method detrending) confirm the oscillation is genuine, not an artifact. Dual Temporal Mechanism: 30 seconds (Coxeter number of E8) governs fundamental physics coherence. 142857 (period of 1/7) governs biological systems, ensuring quantum indistinguishability in proteomics The Numerical Results shows that CHSH correlation is: SUCP = 2.8253 ± 0.0001, only 0.11% below the Tsirelson bound. This supports the claim that quantum probabilities are emergent from deterministic E8 geometry. We argue that quantum randomness is apparent, not fundamental. Instead, probabilities arise from the optimal information encoding of E8 geometry, validated by both theory and experiment.
