Optimization Strategy for a Recruitment Firm
This paper presents a Six Sigma DMAIC-based optimization strategy for improving the recruitment process at Maiora IT Services and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. The study analyzes recruitment inefficiencies, including manual data entry, data discrepancies, communication delays, and extended hiring cycle times. Using process metrics, 5 Whys, and Fault Tree Analysis, the study identifies manual data entry as a key root cause and proposes a centralized database with client, administrative, and candidate-facing interfaces to streamline recruitment operations, improve data accuracy, and reduce process delays.
