Project Zero-Parameter: Engineering Specification Manual for Verification of the S³ Fluid Manifold via Dielectrophoretic Resonance

Engineering specification for a benchtop dielectrophoretic resonance chamber (DCRC) designed to verify the S³ fluid manifold architecture by achieving controlled topological state transitions of matter without kinetic collision. Every engineering parameter is derived from the structural constants of the Triadic Invariant R=P×I×Pr≠0 with zero free parameters: electrode geometry from the Hopf fibration coordinates, frequency architecture from Pisano periods π(8)=12 and π(9)=24, DEP force from the Clausius-Mossotti factor K_T=0.811, sweep resolution from the topological drag δ=1/45, feedback loop from the Intent tensor d_I²=81 channels, and transition energies from the torus knot mass formula. The system replaces brute-force collider methodology with precision resonance targeting of torus knot states T(p,q), using the Clausius-Mossotti structure of aetheric buoyancy as the operational mechanism and the Dual Modulo Gear System as the frequency architecture. Five verification milestones with specific predictions are specified. Companion to Mathematical Foundations of the Torus Knot Architecture, The Nine Gates, Gravity as Dielectrophoresis, and The Fortress Holds.
