CCNPR Minimal V1.2: Canonical Scientific Specification and Priority Disclosure

CCNPR Minimal V1.2 is a typed, history-conditioned cognitive-functional-computational architecture with an invariant eligible evaluation core and a set-valued, quotient, and partially open generative exterior. This record establishes the public scientific identity, specification, and priority state of the current canonical version of CCNPR. The disclosed architecture includes the local evaluation core J(a) = K(a) + D(a); the formal distinctions among candidate set, epsilon-optimal set, selection, action, observed output, and outcome; the W, Q, Stop, provenance, recurrence, and no-augmentation constraints; and the exact four-object Minimal V1.2 delta: BroadAssoc, T_suff, B_reentry^Omega, and B_ST_exact. The record also reports the current CLOSED/PARTIAL/OPEN/PLUGIN/EMPIRICAL/NO-GO frontier map and a frozen evidence summary. The historical foundational-theory census contained 116 adjudicated theory families and 464 load-bearing core commitments; its results are reported with explicit version and evidential boundaries. Minimal V1.2 does not retroactively alter those historical verdicts. This release is a scientific priority disclosure and canonical public specification. It is not a patent filing, software release, or claim of completed human validation. Production compiler logic, proprietary natural-language compilation, state-reconciliation procedures, customer data, production code, deployment architecture, private gold/integrator materials, and other trade-secret implementations are intentionally excluded. Abstract
