Lockdown: A New Musical

It is my first ever 2-act stage musical with at least 13 songs. The story follows Billy Cross, a disheartened high school kid who attends Ludwig Waltz high school, a school that lives in perpetual lockdown. There are no windows, kids drive up in bullet proof busses, guards and cameras are everywhere, and no one gets in or out during the school day. It's a depressing atmosphere and Billy is just about to give up hope, when a perky, optimistic newcomer shows up and changes everything.
