The Most Massive Woman Wins:Is Picture Really Perfect?

My senior project argues the question of does the images of women in media directly effect a woman's image of herself in a negative way? Is there anything we can possibly do to help fix this issue and lead women away from cosmetic surgery and extreme dieting, and guide them to living a healthy lifestyle by using media ads and celebrity endorsement to promote exercise and healthy foods.
