The Effects of Parental Neglect on Children’s Psychological Well-Being

For my capstone project, I wrote a children’s book titled “Stepping into Tommy’s Shoes.” Drawing on the psychological literature about parental neglect and from observing my cousin's son’s relationship with his mother, the book is based on a situation with his mother and then his reaction and interaction at school with his teachers and classmates.
