Quantized Dimensional Ledger and General Relativity Effective Unified Field Theory: Level I Calibrated Low-Energy Covariant Field-Theory Specification

Version 1.1 states and preserves the Level-I calibrated low-energy covariant field-theory specification of the Quantized Dimensional Ledger (QDL) plus General Relativity effective unified-field-theory program, and adds a post-freeze Addendum D incorporating Level-II results through 18 August 2026. The retained Level-I architecture develops the primitive L^3F^2 closure structure into a typed 3+2 carrier, S(U(3)×U(2)) gauge structure, a primitive hypercharge direction, a 15-state one-generation visible matter representation within the declared exterior-carrier class, minimal scalar support for charged Yukawa couplings, and a covariant Standard-Model-class gauge, fermion, Higgs, Yukawa, and gravitational field-theory specification. Classical Einstein gravity, quantum occupied-subspace transport, chiral-regulator structure, source ownership, parameter governance, and low-energy recovery conditions are kept explicitly separated according to their demonstrated status. The post-freeze Level-II addendum records the major subsequent structural and predictive findings without retroactively changing the frozen Level-I derivations. These include the completion-fiber and physical-ownership framework; conditional microscopic gauge-ray and bare-clock coupling selection; exact local proper-time transfer; the distinction between proper-time synchronization and foliation selection; continuous-micromotion and endpoint nonuniqueness theorems; full-Majorana micromotion topology and its corrected spatial-parity interpretation; the quotient-safe BCC continuum-shape fingerprint R_BCC = 60/121; the separation of model replication from nature validation; localized spinorial particle capacity; and the distinction between full operational QDL receipts and normalized Quantum Measurement Unit (QMU) closure cells. The present claim boundary remains deliberately conservative. Level I is specification-complete only at the declared calibrated low-energy covariant scope. It is not a parameter-free theory of everything, a completed quantum-gravity theory, a unique microscopic QDC solver, or an empirical confirmation of QDL-specific new physics. At the 18 August 2026 freeze, the Level-II program retains 58 structural assets and two model-replication-ready fingerprints, while no QDL-specific nature-release-ready prediction has yet satisfied the complete physical-ownership, blind-test, and independent-replication standard.
