Photons, Non-Interference, Frequency Limits, and Spin in the Modec and SPM
This paper analyses the structural configuration of the MODEC (Double-Helical Model of the Photon) [1] providing a mechanical-deterministic explanation of non-interference phenomena and of the origin of spin and polarization in electromagnetic radiation. Unlike classical electrodynamics based on Maxwell's equations, the MODEC [1] and the Subtle Particle Model (SPM) [2] impose stringent physical limits both lower and upper to the electromagnetic frequency spectrum, in full agreement with experimental evidence. The ability of the MODEC and the SPM theory to mechanically derive such properties provides a causal and linear description of the microcosm, resulting epistemologically preferable to the Standard Model by virtue of the principle of parsimony (Occam's razor) [4].
