Evoltropic Theory: Evolution as a Fundamental Physical Process

This paper develops a phenomenological Evoltropic framework in which physical Evolution, rather than time as an independent primitive, is taken as the fundamental process underlying observable change. A dimensionless Evolution Rate Field E(x) is introduced, together with a radial Evolution current speed vE(r) in the static spherical sector. Local clock rates areinterpreted operationally as measurements of the local Evolution rate. In the weak-field exterior of a spherical gravitating body, the framework adopts the relationsv2E(r) = 2GMr, E2(r) = 1 −v2E(r)c2= 1 −2GMrc2.The corresponding Evolution-current line element is of Painlev´e–Gullstrand form and is mathematically equivalent to the Schwarzschild exterior when the above current law is used. Consequently the post-Newtonian parameters satisfy β = γ = 1 in this exterior sector, and the perihelion advance of Mercury is∆ϕ =6πGMa(1 − e2)c2= 42.98′′ century−1, in agreement with the relativistic residual of approximately 43′′ per century. The principal new hypothesis of the framework is the Non-Zero Evolution Principle, E ≥ Emin > 0. It is proposed that the GR-like weak-field regime transitions to a nonlinear Evolution-saturated regime before the physical Evolution rate can vanish. This provides a possible route toward replacing the singular endpoint of classical GR with a finite-Evolution interior. The paper carefully distinguishes this proposed strong-field extension from results already established by GR: the finite core is not claimed here as a completed solution untilthe nonlinear field equations and curvature invariants of the saturated interior are derived. The framework also provides a common ontological reinterpretation of gravitational time dilation, the twin paradox, the Andromeda simultaneity effect, and Mach-type questions about inertia. These are treated as interpretive consequences or research hypotheses rather than as evidence that special or general relativity is internally inconsistent. The paper concludes with a program of quantitative tests involving Solar-System post-Newtonian parameters, light propagation, binary systems, strong-field objects, and galactic dynamics.
