CSF-CMT vΩ.21.4-META: First-Space Gauge Theory, Cosmic Information Ontology, and the Painter's Humility — Galaxy-Scale PDEs, Experimental Protocols, and a Falsifiability Audit of the Five Axioms
We present the consolidated First-Space Field Theory (FSFT) framework at version Ω.21.4-META for the CSF-CMT (Cosmic String Field – Coarse-graining Meta-Theory) programme. This revision introduces a meta-axiomatic layer—the Painter's Axiom—which states that all theoretical descriptions, including this very document, are coarse-grained portraits of eternal cosmic laws rather than the laws themselves. We are porters and painters, not creators. The document delivers four priority work-streams: (P0) a conservative-form hyperbolic–elliptic PDE system for six string-empowerment states (G, EM, M, W, S, R) on block-structured AMR grids, compatible with FLASH, Athena++, and Gizmo; (P1) the SMHDL (Space Magnetohydrodynamics Laboratory) protocol aboard the ISS, targeting a constraint on the gravitomagnetic coupling α_GM^eff < 10^−20 via micro-gravity capillary anomalies; (P2) FSFT-MHD v1.0, a Level-2 → Level-3 coarse-graining of the electromagnetic and magneto-string states into a modified Navier–Stokes–Maxwell system with G–M coupling; and (P3) holographic-sphere phase-transition dynamics for LIS-3rd ↔ GIS-3rd, including evaporation and condensation rates derived from boundary-encoding entropy. We formalise the distinction between global axioms (eternal meta-syntax of first-space) and local axioms (ever-changing configurations of third-space), and provide a falsifiability audit identifying Axiom L1 (Gravitational Dominance) as the most vulnerable to near-future experimental refutation via gravitational-wave speed tests, equivalence-principle measurements, and Lorentz-violation searches.
