The Substrate Saturation Limit

Title: The Substrate Saturation Limit: Spatial Stress Vectors, the $100.87\,\text{GeV/fm}^3$ Fireball Ceiling, and the Parameter-Free Cosmological Bridge to Dark Energy Author: Marco Lindenbeck Description: Continuous field models in Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) and nuclear astrophysics rely on empirical equations of state, phenomenological potentials, and free variables to model hadron structure, nuclear binding, and ultra-dense matter. Consequently, continuum models struggle to derive color confinement from first principles, generate infinite density singularities in collapse scenarios, and permit unbounded energy densities in heavy-ion fireballs. This paper introduces the Substrate Saturation Limit—a parameter-free hardware ceiling grounded in the discrete geometry of the $\kappa=50$ grid. By establishing the unattenuated reduced proton Compton wavelength ($\bar{\lambda}_p = 2.103089 \times 10^{-16}\,\text{m}$) as the non-zero spatial pixel floor, I derive the dual structural transport limits of physical reality: the 1D linear channel capacity ($\mu_p = 7.9532 \times 10^{-12}\,\text{kg/m} \implies 4.46141\,\text{GeV/fm}$) and the 3D volumetric saturation density ($\rho_{\text{max}} = 1.79815 \times 10^{20}\,\text{kg/m}^3 \implies 100.869\,\text{GeV/fm}^3$). By defining spatial stress vectors across 2D planar stress fields and 1D linear tethers, color confinement resolves as a geometric tautology. From these bare-metal constants, I derive the QCD color string tension ($\sigma_{\text{QCD}} = 0.8923\,\text{GeV/fm}$), formulate a falsifiable prediction for future high-energy colliders (FCC-hh) where initial fireball energy density hard-locks at $100.87\,\text{GeV/fm}^3$, derive the maximum ICF stagnation density window ($852\text{--}1000\,\text{g/cm}^3$) from the 30 structural edges of the cell, prove the supernova core bounce energy ($1.121\,\text{Bethe}$), and construct a parameter-free 2-stage neutron star Equation of State that resolves the stiff sound speed anomaly ($v_{s,\text{sat}} \to 0.978c$). Finally, I bridge the $100.87\,\text{GeV/fm}^3$ volumetric pixel ceiling across 47 orders of magnitude to derive the resting vacuum energy density ($\Sigma_0 = 6.106 \times 10^{-10}\,\text{J/m}^3$) with zero free parameters. By attenuating the sub-node saturation limit across the 2D macroscopic tensor boundary ($\mathcal{T}_\Omega^2$) and partitioning energy across the cell's 5D pentagonal state-space ($\kappa^5$), this manuscript resolves the $10^{120}$ Quantum Field Theory Vacuum Catastrophe, establishing a unified hardware framework that spans from sub-nuclear colliders to global Dark Energy.
