Substrate Logistics: The Geometric Routing Architecture of the PMNS Matrix
Title: Substrate Logistics: The Geometric Routing Architecture of the PMNS Matrix — Upgrading the ΩGLR Topological Prototype to Bare-Metal Protocol Execution Author: Marco Lindenbeck Description: Standard Quantum Field Theory models neutrino flavor oscillations and the Pontecorvo–Maki–Nakagawa–Sakata (PMNS) mixing angles ($\theta_{12}, \theta_{23}, \theta_{13}$) as arbitrary, fine-tuned continuous parameters. This paper upgrades the initial 1st-order ΩGLR topological prototype into the rigorous, zero-parameter protocol stack of Substrate Logistics. By evaluating physical reality strictly as a pre-tensioned, finite-capacity IT routing network ($\kappa=50$) governed by Poincaré Dodecahedral Space ($S^3/\mathcal{I}^*$), neutrino "flavors" are reclassified as discrete topological routing phases (1D internal linear tethers, 2D pentagonal faces, and 3D volume vertices) navigating a closed 120-cell universal cover. Incorporating the active acoustic state capacity ($\kappa_{\text{acoustic}} = 44$), the 3% Universal Dimensional Ratio, and the 5% chiral torque penalty, this manuscript derives the exact bare-metal PMNS mixing matrix without empirical curve-fitting: $\theta_{13} = 8.67^\circ$, $\theta_{12} = 33.63^\circ$, $\theta_{23} = 49.20^\circ$, and the Dirac CP phase $\delta_{\text{CP}} = 216.00^\circ$ ($1.20\pi\text{ rad}$). Furthermore, it derives the absolute resting mass of the neutrino ($m_\nu = 0.0999\text{ eV}$) and the exact squared mass differences ($\Delta m_{31}^2 = 2.50 \times 10^{-3}\text{ eV}^2$, $\Delta m_{21}^2 = 7.50 \times 10^{-5}\text{ eV}^2$), permanently resolving flavor mixing and the MSW effect as deterministic network traffic logs.
