Contribution of the Inverted Phase Matter Halo to Galactic Rotation Curves in UCT v6.1.4

Abstract (English) Title: Contribution of the Inverted Phase Matter Halo to Galactic Rotation Curves in UCT v6.1.4 Abstract: Within the framework of UCT (Topological Crystal Universe) v6.1.4 cosmology, this paper analytically derives the contribution of the peripheral inverted phase matter halo ($m < 0$) to galactic rotation curves. By coupling the effective Poisson equation for the positive sheet ($m > 0$) with the hydrostatic equilibrium of an isothermal phason fluid in the inverted sheet, we obtain an exact anti-isothermal cavity solution characterized by an asymptotic $1/r^2$ density profile. The compressive push exerted by this inverted matter halo counteracts the Keplerian decline at large radii, stabilizing orbital velocities into a flat asymptotic plateau ($v_{\text{asymptotic}} = \sqrt{2}\,c_s$). Furthermore, pressure coupling at the Suture boundary analytically yields the empirical Tully-Fisher relation ($v_{\text{rot}}^4 \propto M_{(+)}$), providing a fully geometric and elastic foundation for galactic dynamics without requiring ad hoc particulate dark matter. Keywords: Galactic rotation curves, Inverted phase matter, UCT v6.1.4, Gravitational halo, Tully-Fisher relation, Dual Poisson equation, Hydrostatic equilibrium, Geometric dark matter.
