Hiperuniverse

This volume develops the Hiperuniverse hypothesis as a candidate common ontology for physical description. Its primitive referent is a single, self-contained physical whole in which operative distinctions appear as typed registration events and ordered histories. Spatial identity, local order, and orientation are relational structures of admitted support and readout, not a prior spacetime background. The central question is whether spacetime, observation, quantum behaviour, matter, interactions, gravitation, and cosmology can be reconstructed as compatible regimes of that same substrate. The method separates native consequences from admitted structures, conditional bridges, calibrated comparisons, and still-missing providers. Finite executable members make both constructions and obstructions exact. Under declared admissions, they support a nonempty finite complex-quantum and instrument architecture with record-preserving composition, a positive primal--dual electromagnetic sector, and a positive reduced two-polarization gravitational sector. Compatible weak refinements preserve the relevant records. Conversely, exact no-go results expose information loss in unrecorded quotienting, the insufficiency of mean-field sources, and the failure of undeformed constraints once interactions are introduced. The result is a research framework rather than a completed unification. It does not yet select a unique event law, a native physical state--effect and probability structure, Born or measurement dynamics, interacting matter, a controlled all-graph continuum or quantum-field limit, nonlinear background-independent gravity with backreaction, or one phenomenological model spanning all sectors. Its contribution is a typed and falsifiable route by which proposed realizations can be derived, compared, or rejected without promoting mathematical resemblance to physical mechanism.
