The Zero-Present Cosmology (ZPC): A Perspective Framework for Gravity, Quantum Mechanics, and Cosmic Dynamics

The Zero-Present Cosmology (ZPC) introduces a relational framework rooted in a single foundational axiom: the universe is a closed, indivisible Present in which the past and the future exist as perspectives of observation. By defining Matter, Space, and Time as three interacting dimensions, a mathematical language—Perspective Algebra—is derived, yielding a set of equations describing gravitational, electromagnetic, and cosmological phenomena. The framework generates specific, testable predictions, including a density-dependent modulation of light speed and a bench-top experiment involving a 1-gram magnet in a 100-turn coil to determine a universal coupling constant α. A clear Null Hypothesis is stated: if no statistically significant weight reduction is measured during the frequency sweep (500–2000 Hz), the framework is considered falsifiable or incomplete in its current form, and the author welcomes replication and independent verification. All derivations are provided in the supplementary material. This work is offered as a conceptual extension of foundational physical principles, opento scrutiny, revision, or refutation by empirical evidence. Supplementary material containing detailed mathematical derivations and proofs supporting the results presented in the main paper is included in this record.
