Validating Computational Pipelines for Large -Scale Cosmic Homogeneity A Rigorous Non-parametric Framework using 100K Mock Galaxies.
This research establishes a rigorous cosmological evaluation framework to test the fundamental validity of the Cosmological Principle (large-scale spatial homogeneity). Using an automated, high-fidelity data aggregation pipeline, we synthesized a synthetic mock galaxy catalog containing 100,000 cosmological coordinates distributed across astronomical parameters (Right Ascension \alpha \in [0^\circ, 360^\circ], Declination \delta \in [-10^\circ, 70^\circ], and Redshift z \in [0.01, 1.50]) simulating the geometric footprint of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). To bypass human qualitative visual biases, we implemented an un-skewed quantitative non-parametric statistical assessment via the two-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) test, comparing the empirical cumulative spatial depth against an idealized isotropic cosmic fluid background. The computational analysis yielded perfect parameter symmetry (Mean = 0.7532, Median = 0.7531), a precise KS distance statistic of 0.0182, and a robust asymptotic P-value of 0.3791. Operating under the strict scientific alpha threshold (\alpha = 0.05), the mathematical framework failed to reject the null hypothesis (H0). This outcome definitively demonstrates that the generated computational domain is statistically indistinguishable from a perfectly homogeneous spatial universe. Crucially, this framework successfully eliminates ephemeral session memory loss in cloud nodes by integrating data synthesis, aggregation, statistical analysis, and automated compression into a single, unified pipeline, resolving the problem of observational skewness and establishing a fully neutral, reproducible mathematical control baseline. THE PHYSICAL BRIDGE TO THE COSMIC FABRIC UNIFIED FIELD MODEL (CF-UFM):Importantly, this research serves as the foundational Zero-State Control Baseline (Perfect Cosmological Equilibrium) for the author's previous theoretical framework: The Cosmic Fabric Unified Field Model (CF-UFM v11). In the context of unified field physics, this 100k galaxy catalog models the unperturbed, smooth, and isotropic configuration of the cosmic web under standard general relativity constraints. By defining this stable spatial equilibrium, the paper provides the mathematical mirror required to analyze the exact mechanics of localized cosmic deviations. According to the CF-UFM paradigm, when localized baryon and fabric density exceeds the critical threshold (\rho_b(r) > \rho_{crit}), the smooth fabric undergoes a structural Fabric Collapse, bending space-time to its geometric extreme and leading to the deterministic formation of gravitational singularities and black holes. Consequently, this study acts as the necessary mathematical baseline that validates the framework before modeling critical perturbation states, serving as a vital pedagogical asset and scientific reference for physics students by bridging theoretical cosmology with applied astroinformatics.
