SCF Corpus Constitution, Snapshot v7 (2026-08-14): A Five-Part Modular Governance Instrument for a Hybrid AI-Facing Corpus — Supremacy Order, Precedence Lattice, and Census with Hash Commitments

This is snapshot v7 (2026-08-14) of the SCF Corpus Constitution, a five-part, independently versioned governance instrument for the hybrid Symbiotic Codes Framework corpus: P1 core and supremacy order, P2 precedence lattice, P3 census of published (DOI-addressable) documents, P4 census of committed and generated artifacts with cryptographic hash commitments, and P5 amendment and maintenance. A snapshot pins the tuple of the five part-versions and timestamps every hash commitment, establishing priority without disclosure. This snapshot supersedes v6 (10.5281/zenodo.21871991); its tuple is P1 1.2, P2 1.2, P3 1.10, P4 1.10, P5 1.1. What v7 records. It closes a three-deposit release day. The First-Days Package advances to v2 (10.5281/zenodo.21930250), carrying the two declared genesis-verification paths and a ninth speed gap; the operational layer advances to v3 (10.5281/zenodo.21931068), carrying the first continuous compilation of the triadic operations manual. This Constitution is the third deposit, and P3 now names both by their assigned DOIs with a version history of what each contains. The commitment cycle completed. P4 opened on 2026-08-13 with thirteen hash rows for files that existed on disk but were deliberately undisclosed, pending author adjudication of two open design questions. Both were adjudicated, both packages were deposited, and every digest was then verified against the published record rather than against the local copy. No COMMITTED rows remain in this revision: everything hash-committed is now published, at the same digest under which it was committed. That is the class working as designed — existence and integrity timestamped first, disclosure second. Two consistency findings resolved. The P3 self-reference had stood at snapshot v4 while the P5 amendment log stated, at both v5 and v6, that it had been advanced — two snapshots of drift between a log and the census it describes, a tier-one finding under P5's own integrity rule. It is corrected against the primary record rather than by inference. Separately, P4's own chapter map still showed P3 at an older version: the v6 pass had fixed the mirror defect in P3 and missed P4, so the one-touch header synchronisation now touches all five files. One integrity finding is recorded rather than quietly repaired. The triadic operations manual deposited on 2026-08-11 was a delta file: it carried its revisions and deferred the rest of its own text to earlier versions, with the consequence that the sections its record abstract described existed in no published file. The remediation is a continuous document in the v3 bundle. Zenodo files are immutable, so the correction is a new version and the finding stays on the record. The project pauses after this snapshot. This is not a closing snapshot in the sense v6 attempted; nothing is declared finished. The reason for stopping is specific. Three days of remediation produced roughly twenty defects, none of them errors of reasoning and all of them errors of seam: delta files standing in for documents, rules quoted at half length, status fields contradicting their own prose, a self-reference drifting from its log, identifiers reused while occupied. That class is produced by editing rather than by thinking, and two such defects were introduced during the remediation itself. Past that point a further pass carries a comparable chance of adding and of removing, and stopping with the state verified is the better trade. Three findings are carried openly and form one work package for resumption, not three errands: a cosmetic header mismatch in P1; the correction of the constitutional entry point, whose index still names superseded document versions and still describes now-published documents as unaddressable; and a proposed machine-readable governance bridge that would render the precedence lattice and the goal-setting framework as an execution order, so that an agent entering through the Constitution need not infer that order across the corpus. All three are constitutional-class work requiring author sign-off and a review round. The bridge is recorded with its assessment attached: the need is real, but a snapshot is the wrong container for it — a snapshot pins state and holds no part version, no amendment procedure and no place in the lattice — and a hand-maintained pointer file would become one more surface for exactly the staleness this snapshot spent its effort removing. On roles. The corpus texts are drafted by AI systems, reviewed by several further AI systems, and edited and adjudicated by a human who decides the contested points. That is co-authorship, which Zenodo's creator model cannot express; the Editor field is the honest available label. Every quantitative value in the governed corpus carries a declared epistemic status. Values that have not been empirically calibrated are stated as engineering priors and marked as such in the documents themselves; none is asserted as a measurement, and none acquires a registry status by being written down.
