Nanotherapy-Based De-escalation in Early Breast Cancer
This paper proposes a patient-centered de-escalation protocol for early to intermediate breast cancer. The approach integrates targeted nanotherapy, precision breast-conserving surgery, hypofractionated radiation, and psychological support to reduce treatment toxicity while maintaining efficacy. Key elements: 1. *Psychosocial foundation* from diagnosis using distress screening and shared decision making2. *Neoadjuvant targeted nanotherapy* for 8-12 weeks with response monitored by MRI and ctDNA3. *Precision surgery* with nanoparticle-guided sentinel node biopsy 4. *Adjuvant radiation* followed by a post-RT nanotherapy boost5. *ctDNA/MRI surveillance* with chemotherapy only escalated if there is progression The goal is to improve quality of life and psychological outcomes, reduce overtreatment, and achieve comparable oncologic results in carefully selected HER2+ and HR+/HER2- patients. This is a conceptual framework proposed for future clinical trials. عايزه بصيغة Abstract مختصر أكتر ولا كده مناسب؟
