The article examines an integrated approach to improving the personnel management system of an organization. The author identifies key areas for optimization: recruitment and adaptation of personnel, reforming the system of motivation and incentives, creating conditions for professional development and training, as well as deepening the digitalization and automation of HR processes. Special attention is paid to the implementation of modern HR analytics tools, grading systems, key performance indicators (KPIs), and distance learning methods. It is concluded that systematic improvement of personnel management makes it possible to transform human capital into the main source of sustainable competitive advantages of the organization.
