The Future of Coach Travel - in Indian context.

The future of Coach Trave- A concept paper. “Hush” Coach, a concept-level premium coach interiors for India that uplifts long-distance road travel as a restorative hospitality experience rather than a utilitarian trip. "Hush" is a name given to the concept with the intention of building a brand around this and has no relevance for the concept definition. The concept is grounded in literature on acoustic comfort, ride comfort, circadian lighting, biophilic design, ambient scent, ergonomics, and multisensory service design, and is translated into a design framework that can be operationalized in a coach cabin. The central proposition is that premium coach differentiation is driven less by feature accumulation and more by the systematic removal of friction: noise, glare, thermal discomfort, and sensory fatigue and unique memorable experience.
