Phase 2 reproducibility bundle: Cost-effectiveness of antibody-stratified treatment strategies for autoimmune nodopathy in Japan

Reproducibility bundle (code, inputs, outputs, documentation, figures) for the Phase 2 cost-utility analysis "Cost-effectiveness of antibody-stratified treatment strategies for autoimmune nodopathy in Japan: a model-based economic evaluation with value-of-information analysis" (submitted). Contents: base-R Markov model and analysis scripts (MIT licence; code/canonical/ preserves the untouched pre-refinement parameter script for the audit trail); parameter ledger and inputs; locked corrected-base outputs including N = 10,000 correlated PSA draws; pre-lock structural-correction and correction-pass audit reports; the final add-on sensitivity battery (dual steroid specification, discount 0%/4%, registered five-state scenario, VOI at JPY 7.5M, country price sensitivities, immunoglobulin-replacement practice variant); CHEERS 2022 checklist and ESM documentation (CC-BY 4.0); and 600-dpi manuscript figures. Pre-registration: OSF osf.io/pcwa3 (registration) and osf.io/8vhmc (project; dated amendment history, SAP v1.2). Effectiveness inputs derive from the Phase 1 IPD meta-analysis (PROSPERO CRD420261407443; Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20946660). Access is restricted until article acceptance; the record will then be opened as v1.1 under the same concept DOI.
