Impact of a Brief Guided Meditation Intervention on Perceived Stress and Anxiety
This research poster examines the impact of a brief guided meditation intervention on perceived stress and anxiety among community participants. Participants completed pre- and post-session surveys assessing self-reported stress and anxiety levels following guided meditation sessions. Findings suggest that guided meditation may serve as an accessible approach to supporting mental well-being and reducing perceived stress. This project was conducted through community-based mindfulness workshops and educational outreach initiatives.
