MIND From Momentum to Metric: Gravitomagnetic Field Generation, Architectural Taxonomy, and the Momentonic Pathway to Spacetime Engineering
This paper presents the first comprehensive engineering framework for the deliberate generation of gravitomagnetic fields using architectures composed exclusively of positive ordinary matter. The framework is grounded in the gravitoelectromagnetic (GEM) formulation of General Relativity and enabled by the Momentonic Effect — the demonstrated property that momentum-generating systems satisfying four architectural conditions accumulate kinetic energy linearly with angular velocity (E_ME ∝ ω) rather than quadratically (E_conv ∝ ω²), removing the fundamental energy barrier that has historically prevented any engineering approach to gravitomagnetism. A taxonomic classification of six architectural types is introduced — from single rotating rings to phased arrays of counter-rotating paraboloids — each analyzed for field topology, symmetry, focusing properties, and warp capability. The preferred architecture, a dual counter-rotating paraboloid with axial oscules, is shown to produce an asymmetric compression-expansion spacetime topology qualitatively analogous to the Alcubierre metric, achieved entirely with baryonic matter satisfying all energy conditions of General Relativity. Full numerical Biot-Savart integration over an asteroid-class configuration (M = 2.7 × 10¹⁹ kg at 0.33c) reveals a gravitomagnetic field of B_g = 1.98 × 10⁻⁸ rad/s, placing the gap to the functional Alcubierre threshold at only 5.7 orders of magnitude — dramatically smaller than the 16–27 orders estimated by simplified analytical formulas. With established nonlinear GR corrections, the gap narrows further to 2.7 orders. If the anomalous frame-dragging reported in rotating superconductors (Tajmar, 2006) is confirmed, the threshold is exceeded by over 12 orders of magnitude. Mission profiles are computed for destinations ranging from Mars (4.9 days, drive-only) to Andromeda (3.8 years with Tajmar amplification at σ = 10 km). Five domains of predicted and emergent phenomena at hyperdynamic momentum states are catalogued — the Barnett effect, rotational superradiance, Mashhoon spin-rotation coupling, the Unruh effect, and the unknown territory of emergent phenomena beyond theoretical prediction — establishing Momentonics as the first engineering framework capable of accessing the extreme dynamic states where these effects become observable. The paper advances the thesis that humanity has historically engineered with only 10% of the stress-energy tensor — the energy density component T⁰⁰ — while the remaining 90% (momentum density T⁰ⁱ and spatial stresses Tⁱʲ) has received virtually no systematic engineering attention. Momentonics provides both the conceptual framework and the physical machinery to access the full tensor for the first time.
