Abstract

Can an HVP topology be predicted before the row's central value is opened? The original QTT HVP blind lock froze an eight-component vector-source ledger, an access quantum, and the finite topology class \(n_d\in\{0,2,3,4,8\}\) before true central values were available. Version 2.0 preserves those targets and hashes while supplying the fail-closed verdict executor needed to judge a future row. \[ \boxed{ V_{8}^{V,{\rm QTT}} =\frac{1}{704}(279,31,62,9,1,2,256,64) } \] \[ \boxed{ \rho=2\pi\cos\!\left(\frac{\pi}{8}\right), \qquad \chi_0=\frac{15}{512\rho}, \qquad \lambda_n=e^{-n\chi_0}. } \] The registered topology diagnostic is \[ \boxed{ N_{{\rm obs},d} =-\frac{512\rho}{15}\ln\lambda_{{\rm obs},d}, \qquad z_{n,d}=\frac{N_{{\rm obs},d}-n_d}{\sigma_{N,d}}. } \] The original \(2\sigma\) candidate corridor is retained. A new prospective \(5\sigma\) boundary defines branch-level exclusion. The interval between the two is neither support nor falsification. The executor separates integrity from power: \[ \boxed{ G_{\rm integrity} =G_{\rm lineage}G_{\rm topology}G_{\rm packet}G_{\rm ordinary} G_{\rm covariance}G_{\rm chronology}, \qquad G_{\rm eligible}=G_{\rm integrity}G_{\rm power}. } \] A packet may therefore return exactly one of five outcomes: insufficient packet, underpowered, registered access-row falsified, QTT row candidate, or qualified other shape. A scalar match is not enough: binned shape, covariance eigenmodes, and cross-row transfer remain part of the judgment. \[ \boxed{ {\partial R_{\rm src}^{\rm lock}\over \partial\{\lambda_{\rm obs},N_{\rm obs},z_n,\chi^2,\text{verdict}\}}=0. } \] The supplied machine receipt reproduces the frozen numerical table and all four original lineage hashes, passes five semantic fixtures, and records that no true HVP row was opened. The first empirical verdict remains pending a complete, prospectively signed row card with full covariance.
