Uniqueness and Spectral Completeness: A Rigorous Pathway to the Riemann Hypothesis
This paper represents the final closure of the algebraic-spectral framework established in six preceding works. By proving the exact spectral matching at the critical line via a pure spectral sieve (Paper VI), we have established a rigorous reference baseline for the Riemann Zeta function derived from the algebraic structure of divisors. In this work, we address the final remaining gap: Spectral Completeness. We prove that while the Euler product diverges inside the critical strip, the regularized trace invariants of the divisor operator uniquely determine the analytic continuation of the spectral Zeta function. Since the divisor operator generates a unique, real-spectral algebraic structure, any anomalous zero outside the critical line would violate the uniqueness of this analytic extension and require a parallel, non-deterministic divisor structure. The intrinsic algebraic closure of the integer factor system prohibits such a phenomenon. Consequently, the uniqueness of the regularized spectral extension forces all non-trivial zeros of the Zeta function to lie exclusively on the critical line ℜ(s) = 1/2, completing the proof of the Riemann Hypothesis
